Bring the essentials

A useful first review does not require credentials.

Bring approximate counts, the platforms you use and your main business concern. Do not enter passwords or sensitive incident evidence into a public inquiry field.

Email inventory

  • Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another platform?
  • Rough number of users and domains?
  • Recurring suspicious-message or access concerns?

Device inventory

  • Approximate number of laptops and desktops?
  • Main operating systems and remote-work patterns?
  • What device management or backup approach exists today?

Current protection and priority

List the security controls you know are present, a recent issue if it is safe to describe, and the business outcome that matters most: avoiding interruption, understanding responsibility or improving day-to-day confidence.

Questions to ask TSN

  1. What is in the proposed service scope?
  2. Who owns each action and decision?
  3. What is the billing unit and what changes the final price?
  4. How will setup and support routes be agreed?
